Our 400 m² workshop at our headquarters is equipped with all the specific tools required for sheet metal work and the shaping of parts intended for railway applications.
The workshop is equipped with:
- A TRUMPF TRUPUNCH 1000 CNC punch-nibbling machine
- A TRUMPF TRUBEND 3100 CNC press brake
- A YSD HGA 25/6 guillotine shear
- A LOEWER deburring machine
- A MEP SHARK CCS282 saw for cutting structural steel profiles (tubes, flat bars, I-beams, etc.)
- MIG welding station (stainless steel, aluminium, and steel).
- A wide range of sheet materials in stock (aluminium, stainless steel, steel, copper, PVC, etc.).
We manufacture parts in PVC, steel sheet, copper, stainless steel, or aluminium. We design and adapt the structures of enclosures or cabinets according to your specifications.
We handle all mechanical work before it is completed, according to your needs, by services carried out in our pre-wiring workshop, enabling you to benefit from a complete solution delivered by a single provider.
Our sheet metal workshop enables us to be highly flexible in our processes and in the management of your orders. From the manufacturing of your equipment to installation, including pre-wiring, we control the entire production chain. Carrying out these operations in-house allows us to deliver the equipment you need quickly.
